Mom aortic dissection

My Mom (70 yrs old) Donna on June 5, 2016 had an aortic dissection including an arch replacement. Mom still has a descending dissection which will be further looking into ( still need to see surgeron) for follow up. Since dissection mom has had a TIA incident but no stroke. Presently mom has an infection at the wound site, infection was opened up and she has a wound vacuum on it. She is at home an I will administer antibiotics for 6 weeks. This is our story today 6 weeks after the surgery.
