Aortic Dissection
I was full term with twins when I was diagnoised.  Initially they thought I was suffering from panic attacks.  The surgery was performed and 8 years on I am still going strong :-)  AD doesn't mean the end of life as you know it.  However it is the start of a new fuller life where you appreciate every single day.
