How did all start?
Noticed itchy hives mainly on my back and chest after showering.
More sever after a bath or being in a swimming pool.
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
I eventually was diagnosed thanks to private healthcare - took Appx 15yrs to realise I I’d AU.
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
Antihistamine
What things have you stopped doing?
Swimming, sunbathing and long baths
