Error

Was in a car accident after being laid off, so no med insurance. Had to wait until employed again to see doctor. Bad sciatica and torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders. Botched spinal fusions L1 to S1. Needed 2 more back operations to try to fix results of first operation plus to add T12 fusion. Also C4/C5 fusion. Stanford pain management did a CT Myelogram and determined I had arachnoiditis, among other damage.
