New to this group

I'm new to this group, so I'll be rather short.  I'm 44 and have had a bicuspid aortic valve since birth. As many with this challenge experience, I have developed an aortic aneurysm that is currently 4.7cm and holding steady for the last three years.  Typically at 5.0 cm, surgery is recommended.  I am  staying positive, healthy, and watching stress and watching what I eat (most days).  Looking forward to connecting with others who have similar experiences
