Celiac Disease Club in Brno // Klub celiakie Brno

Celiac Disease Club in Brno is a contributory organization established in 1989. The main goal of this club is to connect people that are suffering from the celiac disease. The club activities focus mainly on informing not only its members, but also the public about the celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. For this purpose the club holds two important events (spring/autumn) every year where pacients from all over the country can meet with companies producing gluten-free foods and experts on the celiac disease. Once a year a summer camp for children with celiac disease takes place as well.

Moreover, every month there is a meeting where people share their experience and the knowledge of gluten-free products. The club gives information about the situation on the gluten-free food market and helps its members to stay up-to-date.

The club also organizes several events during the year (except the main meetings) like baking courses or cooking courses  where people can learn how to make a gluten-free bread or a cake.
