Our daughter was born in India and at the time of adoption at age 25 months, weighed 13 pounds or 6 kg and was 31 inches in height. She had more than 5-7 diarrhea per day for months. After bringing her home from India to the states, she was diagnosed with celiac disease after a positive blood test and an endoscopy on August 13, 2008. Within two weeks being on a gluten free diet, she had her first solid bowel movement. She has been on a gluten free diet ever since.
