Year Condition Began: 1990

Cerebrocostomandibular Syndrome
Claire was born with severe micrognathia, bilateral cleft lip, and palate, rib gaps, bell-shaped thorax.

She had a tracheostomy at 3 days, cleft lip repair at 5 days, cleft palate repair at 6 months and first costocondilar graft at 1 year. Numerous surgeries followed, including the building of eye sockets and TMJ.
