Chilaiditi syndrome

In 2016 I had to have my gallbladder removed, since then I have had a few episodes of pain, I had an mrcp in 2017 to check where my gallbladder the scan showed nothing, the pain each time just goes away after a few weeks. Fast forward this last episode started august 2019 I had bloods done nothing showed, the pain got so bad I went to hospital and I had a ct and they found chilaiditi syndrome and I have raised lymph nodes. They gave me an enema but that didnt help. I am in constant pain. Currently been prescribed tramadol
