My CFS story

I was officially diagnosed this September (2015). I had been ill for around a year and my doctor had done all the blood tests and urine tests and anything else he could think of, only for nothing to come back to signify anything wrong with me. Eventually he just put his hands up in the air and said he couldnt help me anymore and that he would set up an appointment with the doctor in the practice that knew about CFS. As soon as i saw her it felt like finally someone was understanding what was happening with me! She signed me off work immediately and my body just crashed. 

 
Fast forward a few months and i am trying to follow the NICE guidelines as advised by the doc, i have good days and bad days. Still not back at work yet but hopeful for next year!
