pain in legs, neuropathic pains

Since 8 years I started to have pain in my legs, like there where animals eating my legg from the inside.My leggs and feeth always feel cold then. I got some kind of attacks where I would loose concious,hallicunate, nosebleed etc. at the same time my sholders were killing me(both have been operated 2 in this period and these pain are better)

When time past these attacts became more oftnen(weekly) but I started to get pain in my testicles and from the outside they fellt extremely hot. Eventually they operated me at the pedendal nerve(in the canal alcock)
I suddely was fully painfree for 2 months and it all started again on daily bases.Because of my pain I sleep at least 7 hours in the day + at night.

I've seen so many doctors and so many tests(cancer,brain,back,vains,...) but invain no explenation for my cronic neuropathique pain. Untill now we still have found good medication to get ride of the pain :-(
