How I found out about, Cluster head aches

Cycle started a month back with the coming of spring time, and in previous years, I had suffered episodes of headaches I was not aware they were related to Cluster Headaches, I kept thinking that it may be a sinus issue. I kept thinking it is is due to a root canal premolar, and after visiting a dentist, I discovered that the premolar had not been the cause, visiting a pharmacy and describing the pain to the pharmacist, she mentioned that it sounded like I was suffering, what is called Cluster Headaches, I went on to search it online, and found out that my symptoms match the information online on multiple websites, and videos...

Since then I have been trying to find ways to shorten the episodes, sleeping well is one very important factor, and consuming olive oil, turmeric, ginger as well as taking some omega supplements, as well as vitamin B12, seem to help make the headache cycle shorter, in case the pain is moderate I may use one Advance Panadol, in severe episodes, I may resort to Solpadine, which may help with the pain. 

I am still trying to gain some control over my newly discovered cluster headaches, and so far I seem to be gaining ground, the episodes are less severe and seem to last shorter periods.
