My CH's started afte major tooth extraction. It was 2 years before I got the correct diagnosis. This was from a young female doctor fresh out of training. Of 2 previous doctors one had never heard of CH and the other had but they are so rare it never occured to him. Sometimes I get several severe attacks in a day, another time I may go a few weeks without any.
