How did all start?
It started with iritis, uveitis. I had what I thought an ear infection but within a month I had lost all hearing in my right ear and some in my left.
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
I do have a diagnosis. It took me 6 months and 10 doctors before I was referred to Dr Minna at UTSW. His team spent 3 hours working the problem and then he spent another hour with me. A week later he had a diagnosis and started me on meds.
