How did all start?
When i was 20 i went swimming and got a full body rash had no clue what happened almost feinted a few times vomitted everywhere which i now know comes from going into anaphalaxic shock
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
Half a year after my first anaphalaxic shock but only a couple months after i found a name for it

Immunologist
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
Taking anti hestimines daily
What have been your biggest difficulties?
Swimming and guaging what temps are safe without medication
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
They didnt belive me at first not until i was officially diagnosed
What things have you stopped doing?
Nothing now im on antihistamines daily i dont have to stress about it
What do you think about the future?

So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
This year been constantly on my medication gone swimming lots more
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
Not have to be so mindeful of my medication
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
Frustratingly annoying
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Only you know you dont let others try and tell you its all in your head
