Hi! My name's Max, and I've had Cold Urticaria since around July 2009. As time went on, CU started causing problems in my lungs. I'd have the same swelling and itching that happened on my skin, but in my lungs too. At the end of 2018 I started wearing a Vogmask to help with that. This landed me in the national news in January of 2019, and upon seeing how many people were interested in my condition, and how me getting my story out there had helped other with CU, I started a YouTube channel about it.

I've had a great year sharing my top tips and tricks for surviving and thriving with Cold Urticaria, and my other health conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. My goal for 2020 is to start educating doctors around the country about Cold Urticaria, and the impact it can have on our wider health management. It's not just a bit of an itch.
