Cold Urticaria affects personality

Started in 2014 with small red dots from exposure to cold. Cannot pinpoint to anything in particular. Around same time I had been on several courses of antibiotics due to wisdom teeth related infections, I’d also had numerous vaccines to travel to South America.
Symptoms got worse by 2015 and that’s when I first became aware of it properly - Ice skating in -25 degree celcius weather. That was my first very bad reaction. Also react when exercising due to evaporation due to sweat. However the reaction is not as bad. CU has definitely affected my lifestyle and thus personality. I used to be a spontaneous character jumping into cold lakes, going swimming at the beach, skiing, ice skating, hiking, camping etc. now I have to take caution with everything and prepare. How about a nice cocktail on the beach in the evening? - no can do due to the sea breeze :( I wear gloves and jacket to grocery shop to go down the freezer/fridge isles. I hate being this person,... that can no longer be spontaneous,.... it’s not me,...
