El deporte siempre es recomendable pero no tiene beneficios en este caso, yo iba al gym por la la tarde, despues por la noche, me cansaba, al salir del gym tomaba mi sauna, ahora ando 10km todas las noches, lo unico que consigo es llegar a casa mas "activo"
