after years taking dapsone for DH I did a fructose and histamine intolerance test, and when I did a diet of both plus gluten then the DH disappear

I have been taking Dapsona during more than 20 years, now I just take it when the skin starts to send me signals that it will appear.
You just need to follow blood control periodically and just in case take supplemental iron.
