i had a stroke in 2010 no doc could figure out why. Shortly thereafter, weird muscle spasms started, and they thought at first it was seizures. Then they said I was making it up for attention. My hubs an I did our own research and discovered dystonia. But after numerous MRI, neuros and the only MDS in my area, they have not helped me. Only my GP has tried although she knows very little about dystonia, she believes it is what I have and tries best she can.
