Focal distonia.

_I have focal distonia ,for 6 years now.I have tried every  thingto help my self ,nothing has really worked very much.botox helped some what .I did that for 2 years have been off for 6 months.  I am now taking herbs and some natural supplements  to help me out . I am doing stretches and going to see a physical therapist again. I am hoping maybe some one will be able to help win this war ! I use heat for 10 minutes and Ice  for 10 minutes.I have used acupuncture but that did not help me .I also used dryneedling. Did not help. I have seen 4 different chiropractors no help there.what I believe for me is neuroplasticy will help me .I saw a link on the web about neuroplasticy  and was impressed.  I really don't have a map to go by ,but what I understand about it I am going to use what I think I know. It's about using your thoughts in a positive way and doing certain excercises that trains the brain to form synapses that makes new path ways in the brain.  I have been doing this for 4 months ,and I have started to feel better in the past 2 days. My pulling has been better and the turning of my head is a little better.I don't know if this is continue to inprove. I am also listening to positive affirmation  tapes. I also started listening to rife frequancey  tapes that really seems to help calm me down. I can feel my body go in a relax state. Maybe all these things I am incorporating  will helped  me. I hope maybe my regimen might give someone an ideal. Thanks and best to you._
