I don't know if it's Focal or Generalized. I have it more in my neck and head and habe for decades...but I am begining to see it other places now.

I have a diagnosis, but that's about it, no good doctor to help me with the diagnosis or management. 

I have had issues my entire life, but it has changed and got alot worse in my mid 30s to now even worse in my early 40s.

My muscles are extremely tight, I have slight pulls for my neck and jaw and mild tremors that are unnoticeable to anyone other than me. I have other issues from this but this is the quick basics.

I had a head injury as a child (and a car accident in my late teens) that I think may have triggered my issue bit not completely sure.

I would love to find help and a good doctor in my area.
