Story about Epilepsy .

LIFE GOES ON!

Mar 28, 2016

By: lesmal

_I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 16 due to stress and puberty (hormonal changes). I was a Springboard Diver and Swimmer, however, hit a diving board at the age of 14, which we think triggered off the seizures._

_I am now 58 years of age, had epilepsy for 42 years and advocate and educate others in this regard._

_I opened up a page on Facebook and am a supporter on Twitter, in order to give more support to fellow sufferers with epilepsy._

_Remember, there is always light at the end of the tunnel! _

_With patience, understanding and willpower you will find the light._
