Always having your heart racing at full speed when put under certain situations that trigger that chain reaction from your heart racing at full speed, inability to concentrate on one thing properly and also the vigorous movements of tapping your legs up and down and biting your nails over it. I wish these symptoms weren't as full force and in your face as much as they are because they are so energy consuming
