Mi vida con distonía/My life with dystonia

HACE CASI 02 AÑOS COMENCÉ A TENER DIFICULTAD A LA HORA DE ESCRIBIR, ERA COMO SI HUBIESE OLVIDADO COMO HACERLO. 

AL MOMENTO DE TOMAR EL LÁPIZ/BOLÍGRAFO MI MANO COMIENZA A TOMAR POSTURAS EXTRAÑAS, EL DEDO ÍNDICE SE LEVANTA Y SE VUELVE RÍGIDO, NO PUEDO NI TOMAR EL LÁPIZ CORRECTAMENTE, ME OCASIONA ALGO DE DOLOR EN LA MANO, BRAZO E INCLUSO EN HOMBRO Y CUELLO DEBIDO A LA PRESIÓN QUE HAGO PARA INTENTAR ESCRIBIR. POCO A POCO HA EMPEORADO, AL GRADO DE NO PODER TOMAR APUNTES EN MIS CLASES, OCASIONANDOME BAJO RENDIMIENTO ESCOLAR.

VI A VARIOS MÉDICOS, NINGUNO PUDO DECIRME A CIENCIA CIERTA QUE ES LO QUE ME OCURRE. 

ESTO ME LLEVÓ A INVESTIGAR POR MI CUENTA, ME TOMÓ TIEMPO PERO DI CON LA INFORMACIÓN QUE DESCRIBÍA PERFECTAMENTE POR LO QUE ESTOY PASANDO, Y AUNQUE AÚN NO HE SIDO DIAGNOSTICADA, FINALMENTE PUDE PONER NOMBRE A MI PROBLEMA -CALAMBRE DEL ESCRIBIENTE-, UN TIPO DE DISTONÍA FOCAL. Y AHORA SE QUE NO ESTOY SOLA.

Almost two years ago I started with writing difficulties, it was like if I had forgotten how to write.

At the moment I hold the pencil/pen my hand take strage positions, my index finger rises and stiffens, this causes me pain in the hand, arm, and even in shoulder and neck, caused by the pressure that I have to do to write. Gradually it gets worst, I can't take notes in class, my school efficiency is low. 

I visited some doctors, but they can't tell me what is wrong with me. 

This led me to investigate on my own, it took me a while to find information that describes perfectly what happens to me, I haven't been diangnosed yet, but my problem finally has a name -Writer's cramp-  is a type of focal dystonia. And now I know that I am not alone.
