Eating healthy is extremely important for those with fibro because fibro is a central nervous system disease that is affected heavily by the activities you perform and the things you eat. Each person is different but it is highly reccoended you choose a diet with anti-inflammatory foods, low carbs, low fat (except good fat), even gluten free diets work great for fibro. I've tried multiple types of diets and found gluten free and anti-inflammatory help me feel better and boost my energy a little. Definitely avoid eating a lot of high sugar/carb/junk foods as those will just make you feel crappy.
