You should avoid PROTEIN BASED Vitamin A like from meat and some fish. Keep it below 30% of the USDA recommendation. You can have all the VEGETABLE BASE Vitamin A you want. your eye needs Vitamin A to see so don't listen to people that say to cut out all Vitamin A. Be careful most Multi-Vitamins have protein based vitamin A in them.
