I am working on Famconi anemia in Pakistan. The MPhil project of our team identified four novel mutations in Pakistani patients. Our team worked on FANCA, FANCC and FANCG on specific exons and specific mutations. At this level we can't say anything about incidence or prevalence of Fanconi Anemia. We had economical and time constraints and this is a very big issue.
If you are interested in cases you may find them where Deb test is done for the confirmation of FA Or the patients seek for bone marrow transplantation for FA.
