Hi my name is Carol-Lynne. At the age of 35 I was diagnosed with FMD in 2010 after having 3 heart attacks in 4 days. When I finally went to the hospital i was sent to another hospital right away for testing I had a spontaneous scad damage to my heart and 2 aneurysms. Originally they did not know why I had the heart attack as there were no blockages. It took another year and pregnancy before I had a call from a heart specialist who only deals with FMD. I undergo testing every year regarding this condition. So far I have been lucky and things have not got worse.
