Hi! I'll write my story later but briefly....
My name is Katie Beard. I'm a very proud wife to an amazing supportive husband. I'm also the very blessed Momma to 2 girls (age 15 and 7).
I was diagnosed with Chiari in 2009. I had HORRIBLE daily migraines that just wouldn't go away no matter what I tried. I finally was diagnosed with Fibro in 2015. (I already suspected this because of watching my Mom who had Lupus and FM). Shortly after that, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Quitting gluten has been the hardest, most challenging thing I"ve ever done. I couldn't do it without the support of my family.
