recently diagnosed. feeling isolated and alone

Fibrous Dysplasia
recently diagnosed with FD in the left femur, and no matter how much ive googled ive had not much luck in finding a uk based support group, where i could perhaps learn more and make some new friends to discuss the condition as i feel im in the dark really on the disease and what i should expect for my future. FD? never heard of it before!
