Levaquin Poisoning

Levaquin prescribed for sinus infection. Taken for 3 days only since I felt "like I was going to die", and I mean die. I suspect that my entire body was being poisoned. Resulted in tendons in right shoulder burst with right arm hanging loose. Surgery required to re-attach arm.
Since then I've felt pretty bad but do force my self to adhere to a strict regimen of exercise 2/3 time weekly, walk a lot and diet. Symptoms ever since after the surgery are similiar to total body muscle soreness but I have learned to live with it.
In my opinion, fluoroquinolones are poison.
