How did all start?
Started in my face. Woke up with double vision because I had lost muscle control in my eyes. Within 30 minutes I lost the ability to stand without assistance.

Was diagnosee 5/31/2015, within 24 hours of the first symptom.
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
