i had a case of adult HSP triggered by strep throat. I suffered mid vasculitis and quite bad joint pain.
The nephrologist treated me with Prednisone and symptoms were mostly gone after 10 days, though the treatment continues for 5 months. I didnt have a relapse and have had a normal life and doing sports since then.
