Has anyone tried tumeric as an antionflamatorynto help with ics symptoms

Hi, I'm sorry it has taken so long for an answer. Yes I have. I was going to try it either way to reduce inflammation in my joints. I would say it has worked better for my joints than it has for my ics but it did make a small difference. These things can work very differently fir everyone though so I always say anything that may hapelp or has been shown to help in some people is worth a try as long as the benefits outweigh the risks.
