Hi my name is Lilly I'm 30 years old. At the age of 18 I became severely ill and no one, not even the doctors could determine what was happening to me. In 2003, I started getting a lot of abdominal pains, diarrhea, vomiting, excessive weight loss, loss of appetite, headaches and most importantly I was losing a lot of blood through my anal passage. In 2004, I was diagnosed with a disease called ULCERATIVE COLITIS. This is a gastrointestinal disease that becomes inflamed and... messes up the digestive tract severely. Yes, it is indeed embarrassing to let the world know what I have been through, but if I could help one person today with my experience of this disease then the embarrassment is all worth it.
