Yes, Bilateral Kienbock Disease I finally got a diagnosis when i was 37

What has been the most useful thing for you so far?

Splinting and moist heat therapy

What have been your biggest difficulties?

with the change in range of motion many daily activity modification do become hard to deal with

How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?

Some people feel sorry for me, however I will never let this disease define me... No my relationships have not changed
