Twins with LKS

Error
I have 9 year old identical twin boys. At 2 1/2 they were diagnosed with Autism and have limited speech. In January 2016 they were diagnosed with Landau Kleffner Syndrome. I have 4 other children. Their Specialist thinks they were misdiagnosed with Autism. She believes they only have LKS. Their neurologist thinks LKS and Autism "go hand in hand" and that they have both. I'm not sure so I'm trying to find out as much as I can about both.
