Lauren was diagnosed with Hypomyelnation and Atrophy of the Basal Ganglia and Cerebellum (H-abc) Leukodystrophy at the age of 6 months by the neurology team at The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

 

 

Lauren is blind, non-mobile, non-verbal, G-tube fed and currently experiencing frequent seizures and muscle spasms.
