Lipoderma & Fibromyalgia Disease

I was quite slim and fit up until I turned 48 and started to come into menopause. I become fatter and found it hard to loose weight with diet and exercise. I suffer with pain which as I have developed Fibromyalgia (diagnosed by specialist).
My Lipoderma was diagnosed in 2016 at the age of 68yrs... I am now 71yrs of age.
Liposuction is the only cure at $20K each leg and as I have AF in my heart. I have been advise it would be the to hard basket for me.
I believe Quadrivas massage is a treatment they do in the Netherlands that disperses the fat.
I suffer badly in the humidity and hot temperatures with exhaustion and pain in my body and joints..
