Depends on the ailment and which oil you use at the time. Not qualified to give that information.

I use a mixture of olive oil with a few drops of lavender oil to apply on painful muscles (particularly my back and neck). It does give some relief. I also put drops of lavender oil on my pillow before I go to sleep when my sinuses are blocked. That particularly gives a lot of relief. Take care

Hi there. I tried the Lyme blend, cinnamon, clove, oregano, cassia by doterra and saw no difference. I think a better protocol would be adrenal support with oils and herbs for bacteria. Just my opinion. Good luck!

I use essential oils to relieve sinus pain, help with sleep etc but not as a healing for Lyme.  I use herbal remedies to help me heal with symptoms of Lyme.
