Error
I was bitten by a deer tick in May of 2014 and became ill shortly thereafter. After many months, 14 to be exact, I finally convinced my doctor to do a Western Blot and Elisa test. Western came back false negative but Elisa positive. I was started on Doxy and Amoxicillin for 30 days, and felt worse when the treatment was completed. Waiting now for my appt. with my LLMD in the State of Maine as there are none here in New Brunswick. So now, after going so long untreated, I am now chronic with multiple co-infections and spend most of my time in bed, waiting and hoping to feel well and get my life back again.
