Our Fight with Chronic Illness

I was diagnosed with Lyme disease after going 6 months undiagnosed in 2002.  I received treatment from a LLMD in Kansas for 1.5 years and recovered enough to return to work full time.  Shortly after returning to work, my wife and daughter also came down with Lyme but had different co-infections.  Both were treated for about a year.  My wife has since returned to work full time, but my daughter is still chronically ill.  She has IIH with insomnia and chronic pain throughout her body.  Both she and my wife exhibit signs of Fibromyalgia.  I am thinking about trying a product caled Carnivora or some other herbal remedies.  Does anyone have any advice or things that worked for them?  We currently live in Phoenix and the only treatment we can get here is cost prohibitive.  I really just wish I could find a Dr. to prescribe long term abx.
