I love the glimpses of my "old" self

I was a very energetic, athletic, busy mom of 2 young boys, 5 & 8 years old.  I started feeling really sore everywhere, so I would get steroid shots in shoulders and elbow so I could make it through family vacations, and then just life.  My brain started getting horrible!  Headaches like never before, face recognition sucked, words,,gone?  

I went to 13 doctors and years later, my OBGYN golfed with another one that had "lyme d."  So I went into this man's office and he took one look at me and said yep!   You definitely have lyme d.  but for insurance reasons let's run these tests...

Within a year or so I then met a mom and daughter at my great friend's wedding.  They too had lyme d. but were on the recovering end.  They sang praises of Doc!!!  I called immediately and got on their waiting list.  18 months or so, I was in!  I was so sick and confused my mom had to take me.  I net THE DOC that I'd heard so much about!  And I too sing the praises of him, but he's in NY and I'm in Ohio.  No insurance coverage:(((

I had to look for a more local LLD:((( 

So here I am years later, and once again, need to find a Lyme Literate Doctor.

I still have symptoms, however, I AM so much better that I was!!!  Now I'm anxious to find another LLD hopefully somewhere near me, in Athens, Ohio.

I want desperately to FEEL like MY OLD SELF and not just catch glimpses of what used to be!!!!
