MS or Lyme?

Lyme Disease
I was diagnosed with MS 12 years ago.  I have had numerous neurogolical symptoms since my diagnosis.  3 years ago I started getting arthritic symptoms too.  My NHS Lyme result came back negative, but had a postive result from private tests from Germany.  Now not sure whether I just have Lyme and my MS symptoms were actually Lyme ?!
