MCD / FSGS ??

Error
Diagnoised with MCD eight months back , got remission after 3 months of diagnosis. BUT it relapsed and after 4 months of relapse the proteinurea is 1.2. Now Doc says it not behaving like MCD it could FSGS.....m confused.
anyone know anything about this than plz share.
