Life with MCS
Error
Became chronic fatiqued and chemically sensitive. Got diagnosed by dr. Alta Smit, who specialized in CFS and MCS in South-Africa, but since relocated to Germany. (Lost contact)
Was completely unable to work or study for several years. Tried to practise chemical avoidance as good as I could, in polluted environment - and got somewhat better.
Started working from home, started generating income, enough to afford relocating to cleaner environment.
Health improved greatly after relocating.
Always experimenting with cautious adjustments to supplements, excercise, food, etc.
