Laughter yoga with this disorder.

Before I got sick, I had no clue that I was slowly being “poisoned” by-products that I assumed were “safe” since they were on the market! 

I've just recently come into this MCS arena, and when I realize that I've been taking something in my life too seriously, I love finding all kinds of reasons to laugh. Laughter always gives me an aerial perspective on my situation which creates room to breathe and allows new solutions to show up (thank goodness!). Doing Laughter Meditation regularly is my release valve that keeps my "Serious Level" in check. Laughter is as essential to me as food and water. What a tool we have within us!

I've discovered right from the beginning the health benefits from Laughing Yoga, then I realized as I've attended several different class locations that the Leaders and people who participate are simply awesome. It is a fun, creative, healthy way to enjoy life.
