I Just Wanted a New Car

Year Condition Began: 2017

My current condition began in 2017 after I leased a new Volkswagen Tiguan. Between the off-gassing of the new car and the deodorizing service, I became hypersensitive to most chemicals. I can no longer tolerate the following:

Anything that contains synthetic fragrances
Off the shelf laundry detergent.
Printer ink/toner
Sharpies
Glue
Sealants/solvents
Wet Paint
Harsh cleaning chemicals
New rugs, wood furniture, appliances, basically anything that is new
Car interior
Car AC/Heater
Pesticides
Fertilizers
Caffeine
Chocolate

That's pretty much everything. I do suspect I had a moderate form of MCS when I was younger, due to similar symptoms/hypersensitivities that I'm experiencing today.
