I would like to know if extreme fatige and muscular weakness can be early symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Should I take more tests to discard ms or these symptoms are not ms symptoms?

Yes, these could be symptoms if MS. They could be symptoms of other things too though. If you're concerned I'd ask my doctor for an MRI if that's possible. I'd also check my diet and stress levels.
